1. Notice: log real friction + the workaround, in the moment

2. Seal: hypothesis, predictions, kill/proceed gate — before looking at data

3. Measure: cheapest instruments first, grade against the seal

Verdict:

kill → back to Notice with the next entry. Proceed → three-day probe → seal again at higher stakes.
